The congregation in Farnborough was founded in 1948 shortly after the war by families of German scientists and former POW. For many years it was an independent parish in the parish area of London-West, then joined the parish in Reading and since 2003 it belongs to the parish of Christ Church in London-Knightsbridge like the Reading parishioners.
Even if the number of worshippers is small, the cohesion of the group is very intense and every new worshipper is welcome. We enjoy to be warmly welcome at St. Mary’s Church (URC).
If you would like to become a member, if you would like to participate in events or work in the congregation, and if you would like to receive the parish letter, please contact the parish office or download the application for membership in the Christuskirche.
