Palliative Care

If you are caring for someone at home or if a relative is in a care home, we would be happy to come for a pastoral visit. When the time comes, we offer to accompany you and the dying person and, if you wish, celebrate house communion together. Please contact us.

A loved one has passed away - what to do?

Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us - we are here for you. If you wish, we can also arrange a blessing service in the funeral home.

We will offer to visit you in order to discuss the funeral service, including readings and hymns and any other arrangements that need to be made.

Funeral service in chapel, crematorium or church?

Funerals usually take place in the cemetery chapels, crematoria or in farewell rooms in natural cemeteries. If a particularly large number of visitors are expected at the funeral service, it is possible to use one of "our" churches for the funeral service or to rent it in consultation with the respective host church community.
